Shobell LLC Mobile Applications (“We” or “the App”) is dedicated to providing users with the highest level of transparency and control over the use of their data. We assure you of our commitment to keeping your information private. We have taken measurable steps to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of all data. We encourage you to review the following policy carefully. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than through use of the App.

 

By using the App, you hereby consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

 

Information we collect

 

The only information we collect is the device UDID (Unique Device Identifier) of your iphone. We do not collect any personal information about you and therefore do not tie your device identifier to any personal identifiers. If you contact us directly, we may receive and collect additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

 

How we use your information

 

We use the limited information we collect in various ways, including to:

1. Provide, operate, and maintain our application
2. Improve, personalize, and expand our application
3. Understand and analyze how you use our application
4. Develop new products, services, features, and functionality
5. Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the application, and for marketing and promotional purposes
6. Send you emails & updates

 

How We Protect Your Data

 

We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of Data. Data is stored on secure servers and is not publicly available. We limit access of your data only to those on a need to know basis, in order to enable the carrying out of the agreement between us.

While we seek to protect your data to ensure that it is kept confidential, we cannot absolutely guarantee its security. To prevent unauthorized access to your account, you must take appropriate measures. You should also be aware that there is always some risk involved in transmitting data over the internet. While we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot ensure or warrant the security and privacy of your Personal Data or other content you transmit using the service, and you do so at your own risk. Do not leave your device unattended while viewing protected elements of the Services. After you finished accessing your information, exit the protected area.

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.

Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
